• No Return Policy: As an importer of exclusive furniture pieces, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Required Documentation: Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and a copy of the original receipt.
• Exchange Process: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
• Exchange Window: Exchanges must be completed within 14 to 30 days from the date the exchange is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, assembled, or altered after delivery.
• Items without original packaging or documentation.
• Custom-made or special-order items.
