1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SPAZIO or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

5. Orders and Payments

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Pricing: Prices displayed on the Site are in BDT and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept cash on delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

As an importer of exclusive furniture pieces, SPAZIO allows order cancellations only within 24 hours of order confirmation. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted due to the initiation of the import process.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

• No Return Policy: We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and a copy of the original receipt. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. Exchanges must be completed within 14 to 30 days from the date the exchange is issued.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

SPAZIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of any products. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPAZIO, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
